The successor at my old job naturally wants to transfer my computer's Quicken for Mac 2017 file onto one of her two computers. Both of those machines have Quicken 2017 installed on them. One is a Windows PC and the other is a Mac. But astonishingly, Customer Support tells her that transfer to a PC (which she would actually prefer) is impossible; and transfer to a Mac is possible only after installing Quicken for Mac 2007 and exporting/importing in.qmtf format (which she tried but couldn't get to work, even with phone help from Customer Support)! Can that really be true??
