Texas Instruments Usb Connectivity Kit For Windows/mac

I've been attempting to get the dongle CDC driver to work with windows 10 with no success. It works with the packet sniffer cebal driver, but I need the CDC driver for use with the BTool.

I can get the cdc driver, that's located in the C: TexasInstruments Stack Accessories Drivers, installed by clicking install legacy hardware under device manager but get a code 10 under the device manager when it tries to start the driver. Is this a known error? Has anyone had luck using BTool w/ usb dongle on windows 10? Any help is much appreciated.
