Works right out of the box - just plug it in. The driver is included in Windows. Any PS2 to USB adapter will do. Plug it in and it will go. Actually you're just telling me things I already know. The problem with that logic is that unlike PS3 and 360 neither Wii nor PS2 can normally accept USB controller inputs.
