Outlook For Mac Error Code 50

Issue Description: Emails get stuck in outbox at times. Manually clicking send and receive sends the emails out. Issue is sporadic.
We have two executives reporting this issue. Error Logged: An unknown error has occurred in outlook. Mail could not be sent.
Error Code: -17884 Client: Outlook for Mac 2016 (build 15) till (15.38.) (and always really random when it freaked out!) Repairing the database usually works.
