Os X Iso Image Download For Window 8.1

Well, I had hoped this copy of 8.1 would allow me to install windows 8 on either my macbook air or imac. I have an proper license and Windows 8 copy given by my employer. I just can't install it on either machine. If I boot the default installer on the imac after running the bootcamp utility, I get an error that the partition is of type GPT. If I boot the efi installer than it will install but I get stuck on the blue windows logo forever. On the macbook air (purchased 3 months ago), the bootcamp utility does boot via EFI, but I get an error half way that the system was enabled to configured for reboot.

If I don't get the error halfway the installation, it's right at the beginning that it can't find space or a partition. When that happens, I've found that deleting the partition completely, then pointing to the empty space will allow to continue install (which will either fail later, or won't boot once installation is complete). However then, you find that windows installer has created 4 new partitions and the bootcamp utility is unable to restore the disk to its original state. Only way I found then was to start the windows installer, press Shift-F10 to start a command prompt, and use diskpart to manually delete the partition. I've now tried 3 different version of windows, my original media, a windows 8 MSDN copy, and now that 8.1 image.

I purchased a copy of 8.1 Pro on the Microsoft website, I got onto a Windows 7 computer and downloaded the Windows 8 download tool. Then I entered the product code and it downloads a full Windows 8.1 installation. It asked me, whether I want to install on the current PC, make a bootable disk or save as ISO. I saved it as an ISO, used Boot Camp to make the USB drive and voila!

I wasted like two evenings getting the thing running it's a very 'unsupported' configuration but works great, and I use an SSD externally which boots very nice and quickly.

At first I thought my problems were due to me trying to install it on the Promise Pegasus R4 I have connected. I had extracted the drivers so the drive would be seen by the installer.
