Include Forwarded Message In Outlook For Mac

Outlook 365 for Mac Version 15.30 I just upgraded from Outlook 2011. When I reply to an email, my original message doesn't appear. It is totally deleted from the reply. Every once in a while it will appear. But when it does appear I haven't related it to a particular email or setting.

It seems very random. I have had to copy and paste the original threads into each email.and I email a lot. If I go to my web mail online accounts, whether it be hotmail or my other personal accounts the reply messages are there. It only occurs in the Outlook program. I tried to update, deleted and readded accounts, uninstalled and reinstalled the program, shut down, restart, etc. I have contacted Microsoft support and they have been online with me twice for a total of 6+ hrs. Doing basically the same thing I had already tried, so I hesitate to contact them again.
