How To Keep Mail From Going To Junk On Outlook For Mac

I have TONS of emails that I WANT TO RECEIVE but Outlook keeps marking them as junk. I am getting emails from clients requesting projects that I later find in the Junk mail folder. I need to find a solution to this.
