I can confirm the following HIP Checks are not working for me with GlobalProtect 4.0.3-31 on OSX 10.13.0 High Sierra • Encrypted Disk: Client sees that I have FileVault, that its version 10.13.0, and I haveMacintosh HD, but it shows an enc-state of 'none'. • Patch Management: Not seeing Software Update from Apple at all. (It DOES see the Casper Suite from JAMF.) • Disk Backup: Not seeing Code42 Crashplan 5.4.3.15 (It DOES see iCloud) On the good news side of the world, the Antivirus check sees Sophos, the Firewall check sees the built-in firewall in the 'up' state, and the device information looks correct. I had the same problem with a freshly arrived MacBook Pro with high Sierra. When installing global protect the installer indicates that there is something blocked by the privacy and security settings and suggests you to go there. Note that this indication only appears the first time you install the software.

If you deinstall and reinstall global protect you get no more messages. However, if you go to the Security and Privacy settings in the 'General' panel you should find a line with a button that tells you that an app from PaloAlto has been blocked and that you can (with the button) grant the app the required permissions. I just clicked the button (that makes the button and the line disappear) and went back to GlobalProtect. When launching a new connection a new window where to insert username and password appear and everything went fine and smooth, with a stable connection established within seconds.
